Our aqueous batch cleaners are built around a custom 16 gauge stainless steel chamber. Our standard ABC-2500 model will meet the needs of most companies. The ABC-3500 model features a large capacity tub for over-sized circuit boards or parts. All models offer a dual basket option to increase your cleaning capacity when washing smaller components.

The Unit Design cleaners feature an advanced control system controlled by a touchscreen interface. The standard program allows for saving recipes to streamline your production process. Each unit is equipped with a VPN connection for remote trouble shooting and software updates.

Each batch cleaner includes a dynamic drying system and built-in cleanliness testing. Our on-demand water heater allows the user to program different temperatures for each step of the cleaning process. Our standard unit is compatible with 208/240v power. A 480v option is available.

Unit Design offers numerous options to meet your needs. Options include: Fully or Partially Closed Loop Capability, De-ionized System, Pre-Drain Filtration, Rinse Water and/or Wash Water Recycling. A Completely Closed Loop is available for water only applications. Other options include a Light Tower, Variable Speed Drive and Dual Baskets.
